- What ages do you teach? All Ages
- Can I sit in the pool area and watch? Yes, all parents MUST stay to watch during the lessons of any children under the age of 16 years old.

- How do I know what level to register my child? We will access your child within the first few minutes of the lesson and be able to inform you of their level if you are unsure. We will meet their individual goals and adjust our teaching according to what their skill level is from that point forward.

However, we do not teach Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross entirely. We can assist someone who is looking to complete certain skills in those levels but they are best done in a group setting in a large deep pool.
